You must try the duck schnitzel! Otto’s German Bistro opened in July 2013, introducing farm-to-table German cuisine to the Texas Hill Country. The menu has stayed the same (mostly). Small but great, they are dedicated to sourcing from local, independent farms and ranches as well as artisan producers from near and far. Their beverage program reflects a deep love for German and Austrian wines, craft beers, and creative cocktails.
